Highland Inn is the place to find all your Korean Barbeque Favorites. It opened in December of 1997, making it one of the first restaurants to open in the Pearl Highlands Food Court. They have an extensive menu, including Kalbi, Barbeque Chicken, Meat Jun, and other local favorites. With each entrée you get a scoop of rice and a choice of four vegetable side dishes, from the selection of 14 different vegetables. If you are having one of those days, when you can’t decide what you want, try a Combo Plate at Highland Inn that will allow you to select two different main dishes from, Kalbi, Barbeque Beef, Barbeque Chicken, Mochiko Chicken, Meat Jun, Fish Jun, Fried Mandoo, and Chicken Katsu. The Combo plate also includes rice and your four choices of vegetables. A big local favorite is the Shrimp Tempura Combos. Three pieces of Shrimp Tempura with Barbeque Chicken, Meat Jun, Kalbi, or Mochicko Chicken.
